  • Field Representative will arrive and introduce themselves.
  • Field Representative will perform the initial inspection.
  • Field Representative will review the findings with you and advise on the next steps.
  • If there is no damage the Field Representative will inform you of this and provide a photo report
  • If there is damage that requires minor repairs the Field Representative will inform you of this and connect you with our repair division.
  • If there is damage that could justify an insurance claim, the Field Representative will discuss the claim process with you, and if you choose, help you file an insurance claim.
  • Complete paperwork that allows JPA Roofing to work with the insurance company for you.
